Sam graduated in 2010 with an LLB Law Honours degree from University College London and was awarded the Richard Fitzgerald Prize for best all round law student.
After winning the European Human Rights Moot (for advocacy in Court) at the European Court in Strasbourg, Sam was awarded a Bar School scholarship from the Inner Temple (one of the bodies responsible for training Advocates) and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2012.
Sam has experience of various legal jurisdictions having worked in London and Hong Kong before commencing his practice in Guernsey at Bailiwick Chambers. He advises on a broad range of criminal and family matters.
Sam enjoys football and has even played at the ‘Home of Football’, Upton Park. Away from work Sam spends his time reading, learning French, and trying to persuade his bandmates to resume their epic world tour (which started and finished in Essex).
